Transformation Consultant / Business GraduateAlexandra Perl
I’m a business economist, coach, facilitator, trainer, listener, podcaster, networker, multipotentialite, mother of three, traveler, Berlin native living in the Rhineland, and I’m learning to play the ukulele. I create spaces where understanding and new possibilities arise – between people, in teams, and in organizations.
I’m convinced: Go digital, stay human! Change needs real dialogue – I help make that possible.

I’m a trained psychologist and systemic consultant, constant contrarian, imaginative utopia architect, proud mother, experienced entrepreneur, country girl by birth, chronic clutter-maker, curious explorer, true blonde, and never satisfied with the status quo.
Clients seek my support when they want to break away from the established and enable something new, when they’re ready to face discomfort without losing lightness, when clear words are needed and provocative impulses are welcomed to take change and development deeper.
Social Engagement
Changing perspectives, adopting new viewpoints, learning from others. These initiatives provide us with important impulses and support us in our mission for a future-ready society.
We are value ambassadors at German Dream, a cross-party, independent educational movement committed to social cohesion by promoting liberal-democratic values, equal opportunities, and participation.
We are members of 1% FOR THE PLANET. This means we commit to donating 1% of our revenue to nonprofit organizations that fight for social and environmental justice. Together, members of 1% for the Planet have already donated over 270 million dollars for the environment.
ZUHÖREN.DRAUSSEN wurde 2021 nach der Pandemie gegründet und ist eine lebendige Initiative, die Bürger*innen durch Zuhören im öffentlichen Raum miteinander in Verbindung bringt. Über alle Schichten, Milieus, Kulturen und Generationen hinweg. Mit über 300 Ehrenamtlichen setzt die Bürgerinitiative ein Zeichen gegen Einsamkeit und gesellschaftliche Spaltung.

Stephan Grabmeier ist Future Designer Stephan Grabmeier is a Future Designer and one of the most recognized advocates for future-ready, sustainable business. He is the founder of the consultancy Synergie Zukunft GmbH, specializing in the implementation of future processes and sustainable transformation.
As a business angel, he supports impact start-ups and is involved in the social business activities of Nobel Peace Prize laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus. As a lecturer at the University of Duisburg-Essen and ESCP Business School, he teaches young people relevant future skills. Grabmeier is a prolific author; his latest work Impact Business Design – The Guide to Sustainable Business for Future Generations is becoming a new standard for transformation development in the 21st century.
